My holistic and  'go getter' approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I place a focus on your mental capabilities and limitations and aim to assist you in breaking through any barriers that you may face and empower you through any body image issues you may have! 

I can build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals and not only transform your body, but aid in getting you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health in the future. Any changes that you make today can become habits in the future. And with healthier habitual changes you will be able to create a lifestyle that will always consist of healthier, happier routines and choices with the end goal of living every day of your life to the potential it offers!

As a Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. My aim is to build a bridge between health, fitness and wellness and not just develop bodies but also develop positive minds. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations.


I have come from a lifestyle where I dabbled in and out living an active and healthy to not having a care in the world with regard to what I was fuelling my body with and how I would utilise my time in the gym. I was uneducated on nutrition and training and simply followed generic online plans that only saw results for the first few weeks. So after not seeing results and seeking a change I started my journey into health and fitness with a 6 week challenge at a local bootcamp studio. After winning this challenge, a fire erupted in side me and I started to actually care about my health and fitness. My body had never felt better and the motivation I had for those six weeks showed me that I really was capable of changing my lifestyle where I could see positive changes in my mind and body. So from there, I have dedicated the last three years of my life educating myself on strength and cardio training and flexible dieting in line with developing a lifestyle and physique that has allowed me to become a competitive bikini fitness competitor where I have attained a PRO level status as a natural athlete.

Along this road, I developed a love for helping people through their tribulations with their lifestyle and weight management and that is why I became a personal trainer. To be able to assist people, no matter who they are, in changing the current habits they are unhappy with, to ones that will get them results from now and throughout the rest of their life!
